Hi I'm new to this site. Went to the MSK Arthritis seminar /talks Tuesday at Eastbourne particularly liked the bit about books and chapters. Ends and new begings and book ends being supports. Right now I'm thinking book bindings holding the chapters together being ligaments and muscles. Mine need firming up. Building exercise into the routine. Go well all. Thanks
