Avoid added sugar, sugar substitutes, aspartame and monosodium glutamate, coke and similar drinks. Try to eat basic foods like fruit, vegetables, beans and lentils, nuts, fish and some chicken or turkey. Get some vitamin tablets from the supermarket and take them for at least three months, and also take Vitamin D and Vitamin K2.

Try using Epsom Salts in your bath (start slowly), and take up to a tablespoon of cider vinegar (preferably organic) in a glass of water each day, or use it in your cooking. All this should help to slowly decrease your pain levels. Avoiding processed food as much as possible, and using turmeric in your cooking should also help.

Start by doing one of the things I've suggested - whichever is easiest. Then the next easiest, and so on. Each change will help to move you in the right direction. Gradually you should see the difference. No-one could do them all at once!

(And drink water every day. - That helps too!)

Thank you for your helping me and understanding that it's bit hard but I will do it I'm doing me best to save me liver be able to carry on no pain killers and anti inflammatory is def no . All bestbx

Like many sadly I suffer of conditions requiring more than one specialism. It is frustrating that the doctors of each specialism dont meet even in the same hospital and nobody seems to be in charge of everyone. The nhs sees it best this way as the skills and expertise goes up but often we patients see counter productive arguments between them. The gps point to specialists and specialists look down on gps at times. I would advise you go back to your gp as being most likely to look at your whole picture and talk to him/her about your concerns. You have rights inc a right to be heard.
