Hi 10 days post my fourth THR plus pelvic rebuild and am struggling to cope, last year's third seemed so much easier, o.k. am 10 months older (69) but just ache and unable to get comfortable and really don't want to take more than minimum pain relief! I have A.S. with total spinal fusion. Any ideas please
