Hi, New here. Ive had bad back ache for some time now and go to a pain clinic, tried physio, tens and the rest. No joy. Just got results back from MRI, they report no significant disc prolapse or any nerve compression. there are some age related wear and tear changes in my facet joints. Any help and advise would be very much appreciated. Im 66 years of age. My back just seems to be getting worse.
