Unsure and interested in finding out what I have.

I know I have osteoarthritis but something else is lurking in the background.also have frozen shoulder and have just started Lyrica which is a godsend as the fiery burning ache is now down to a dull roar.MRI due in a few weeks,so hopefully I will have a better idea of what's happening and which group I should concentrate on. Been in the background for 7months and have gleaned lots of useful information.thanks all.

It's just a game of wait and see , if I have learned anything from this forum its to be patient and eventually you'll get there.(not my strong suit patience). Thanks for your good wishes much appreciated.

Good luck hope that the MRI provides you with some answers, it is sometimes the not knowing what is wrong which is the worse as you feel as though you are in limbo land. That fiery ache sounds rather like fibromyalgia which I have and the Lyrica I take helps with that. let us know how you get on.x

Thanks for the good wishes,and of course I will update as soon as I know roll on the 27th. It's very true what you say about the not knowing,if you don't know what you have how can you deal with it. Fingers crossed its something I can control.
