Hi I had a total hip replacement 4 years ago I now feel fitter than ever so if anyone is contemplating whether to go ahead or not I would say do so. I now run twice a week with running club do park run and take part in 5k, 10k runs and signed up for Great North Run in September 😘

That is so good to hear. I am due to have one on 14th September and I can't wait...... I am in so much pain at the moment.
