Arthritis in neck..

Anyone have any suggestions for relief. I'm on medication and use a tens but it's still painful 😦 x

I use a shaped wheat bag from the WheatyBags.co.uk Used this company for years plus good pillows at night ,and try to use a chair, sofa,with a high back I am only 5ft4in so not a difficult thing for me. Have co codamol from gp don't use much

Thanks for replying. I will buy a wheatu bag. Have tried numeous pillows and none work. I'm on alot more medication but I also have cervical stenosis and bulging discs. Sleeping is my worse time x

Hi Have total spine fusion including neck and do find very shallow and soft neck collar a big help, sometimes sleep with on but normally put on when getting up for a while, l don't take anything other than paracetamol, hope this helps, good luck
