i have had 3 ops on my hand, even getting a plate put in. i still have quite a bit of pain and the surgeon wants to take some more bone away, i am not over keen on this at all . a friend told me to try KINESIOLOGY tape, has any one tried this ,and is it helpful?

Never heard of it but if you will get relief isn't anything worth a try ❤️
If it was me, I would try out various complimentary therapies before considering another operation.
