I have seen an osteopath, had physio and acupuncture all not helping at all. The physio gave me some simple neck exercises to do while in the shower - they help to relax my neck a bit but the pain is still there. Oh, and I also had to attend the hydro pool at my local hospital for six sessions - so I can't say my GP hasn't tried!! I find walking with a four-wheel shopper helps to keep my balance, I'm sorry I'm not being very optimistic. Today is a really bad day because my legs are hurting as well as my hip (o/a in hip, lower back, knees as well as neck) but I am seeing a vascular surgeon this coming Monday so wish me luck! I hope you find a better way of coping with the pain.

The only thing that helped my cervical spondylitis--Humira and stretching EVERY day. Stretches a physical therapist gave me for my entire back, and there are 2 books that are pretty good. "Heal your neck" and "Heal Your Back."
