Self-Management Event in Southampton

Hello Health Unlocked! If you are around the area of Southampton, we will be running our next self-management two-half-day event on 14th and 15th of February. The event is free to attend and open to both Members and non-Members, but you must book, as we have limited spaces available. It will feature talks by our experts to help you manage the symptoms of your arthritis (including relaxation techniques for managing pain, exercises and healthy eating, to help reduce inflammation).

Hi olly17man am afraid that this spring, the Southampton Self-Management Event is the closest to SE London we have - the other events will be held in Bury St Edmunds and Leicestershire. More dates for London and other locations to be released for Autumn 2017, in the coming months. However, we have an upcoming Arthritis Action Group that will be meeting every 6 weeks in Pimlico, starting 21st February if that would be of interest to you? If so, you are welcome to give our Group and Events Officer Leah Boylan on 0203 781 7125 who will be able to give you more information.
