Hope everyone is enjoying half term😉. Does anyone know the rules re travelling to the USA and getting a visa after having a section 3 ending 6 months ago please? Trawled the internet for answers but was no help!

Hi,
I am not sure of the rules and I presuming it would be based on individual cases and interpretation I think.
Based on the information below from the London US embassy website - I would say she would be ok, but I don't have any experience of this.

She may need a letter from her psychiatrist or care team, or is there anyone she can speak to about it in her care team? I will ask if anyone else has any other experiences.
