Work stress verses personal anxiety

I have made this interesting observation recently. When I am busy and stressed at work but I don't think about my personal anxiety. I can keep work problems rational but at home everything spirals into catastropising.

Anyway after an early night and a good sleep I am ready to face today's challenges. There has been a silly family fall out which I am ignoring, step back from other peoples problems and not letting their negativity effect me.

I have found an interesting website/Facebook page called tinybuddha which has some good tips for emotional well being.
