Thanks for the message its encouraging but is sure a hard road to travel. I did not want to let my children done on Mother's Day and did find it difficult to try and sit and relax. Cannot believe a few months back i was fine although i have always been the nervous type and had a bout years back.
You wake up each morning thinking wonder what today brings will it be smooth running or a nightmare to deal with.
I am going to see the therapist tonight around 5pm so will let you know how i get on (nervous to say).
Whywhy i notice that your such a caring person and always have something positive to say and advise people. I am glad i found this site and can relate to others who travel this road.
Hi Seyi, you did really well and keep telling yourself this. you now know that it can be done, you've done it once, so next time you doubt yourself remember what you achieved.
Thanks Kaz for the encouragement its just an uphill struggle to keep telling yourself everything will be alright. I started therapy today so hopefully after reading the literature and the breathing techniques i may be able to control the anxiety.
