So tired, cant sleep..Citalopram

Ive been taking citalopram for over 4 weeks now, 10mg for 2 weeks and 20mg for just over 2 weeks, started off with insomnia, panic attacks and anxiety/depression and things are improving slowley but just can hardly sleep and my doctor said it would help me sleep. Has anyone else found this improved with time?

It does all settle down tho in my experience it seemed to take forever (slight exaggeration there) give it time x

Yes love i have been on 10mg and then onto 20mg like you and they have just started helping the same luv i have had the same some terrible nights panic attacks where so awful at night and would be wet through with sweat but last week things have got better only 2 out of 8 nights of restless nights it is hard i know and they are scary but i have been taking my tablets at about 8.30 and have a nice hot milky horlicks and this helps me to drift off try it luv it may just help you drift off xx
