Anyone else get panic attack due to blocked nose?

Got flu and my nose keeps completely blocking. This makes me feel light-headed and panicky. Anyone else had this problem? Any tips on dealing with this?

Yes I often feel panicky and can't breathe and it's due to my poor sinuses which are often blocked without me realising.

I take one of the over the counter sinus clearing products and it alleviates the problem.

I too have sinus problems which if blocked will send me into a panic at night. I bought the neilmed sinus flushing kit from boots. I flush at night and its just like a breath of fresh air afterwards. It really helps.
