do you have anxiety and what are your physical symptoms

i cant sleep i get pains near my heart the other day i cudnt play my rugby match because i was to scared its gettin beyond the joke now i keep feeling faint and my heart pounds and i feel spaced out and alot more!

Hi John, You name a symptom and I bet I've had it! I've had numerous heart attacks ( far too many to count) tumours, bone cancer, liver failure , I've even gone blind ( if I dare shut my eyes) eventually fell asleep and hadn't gone blind at all. I've had fibromyalgia, alopecia, I could fill the page but I don't want to give you any idea's lol. I know it's far from funny John as I struggled for a long, long time on my own till I accepted they were exaggerated feelings. Out of control ideas that we get fleetingly, normally.....but when we are sensitive we feel them more intensely . Even sounds and smells can be greatly intensified. No wonder you are exhausted with struggling all the time. Once I stopped struggling I noticed slowly things getting easier. Maybe you need to ask for some sedation from your GP to start you off. Don't be frightened of it. There are a lot of different types or you could ask for counselling or CBT. Whatever you do you must stop feeding this panic with fear, the more you feed it the more it grows. It is adrenalin.... and the more you use the more shattered you will feel. Thanks a lot for your comment means a lot I still get realy bad pains and weird sensations and hot and cold flashes and vibrations I no what you mean when you say I bet we have always had the pains and sensations all out life's but because we have anxiety it feels worse xx
