finally went to the doctors

after a long time putting off visiting the doctors I finally give in and went to see her.I think I knew all along what was the matter but being stubborn I thought I could just get over it on my own,how wrong can you be.I have been prescribed fluoxetine as a interim help and have just booked my first therapy session.I will hopefully keep you all updated.
