Is there anyway to get rid of this dizzyness and lightheadedness?

I suffer with the lightheadedness n dizyness and its driving me mad,thought i had it in control but its come back,ive tried meds and they give me bad side affects dont know know what to do,its affecting my driving again

ohh nooo i would dread this, ive a morbid fear of dizzyness. Anyway, have u tried breathing exercises, or would that make it worse. And have you had your ears checked to see if you have not got an inner ear infection? I used to always ave dizzy spells when i was a kid, many years ago, and it was an ear infection xx hope this has helped x

i went to the docs last week and they checked my ears,they said everyting was fine xx

I had dizzyness and lightheadness a lot at the start with my anxiety. I still get it at times, I thought I had vertigo at first x
