Counselor!!!!!!

Well I went tried to get my hubby to go in my place lol but of course he wouldn't !! She was very sweet, I hated going through childhood an other things but I made it through I was shaking like a leaf on inside she said I wasn't crazy but I disassociate myself at times to survive an that's not working to much now an it needs to come out all the garbage an set up some boundaries with siblings. I guess we're going to do boards with like a timeline of my past an help with phobias ! So I left their with a glimmer of hope I go back next Friday oh an also gave me some papers on anxiety for my hubby an children to read an some techniques for myself oh I pray this helps Thankyou for your kind words of encouragement today bless you!!!
