my job is very hectic and stressful at the moment and I come home feelingg very tense and anxious. I need to unwind at home, and have been trying different ways of relaxing. Hi redflower, I agree with the most helpful is meditation and yoga, although swimming helps me relax, of which I do once a week. Meditation has kept me well, but we do have to remember to practise it even when we feel fine.
I feel sorry for you younger folks I think the workplace is a very stressful place, more work being piled onto you because of cut backs.
