I have started writing this blog 4 times now and can't seem to say things the way I want to.
I'm feeling depressed right now, more than usual. Everything seems to be changing so fast and in such a negative way. I have recently had my incapacity benefit stopped which is causing financial problems for me. I am feeling so ill and weak lately that I can't go out of the house. I'm worried about all the problems the world is having and the many new world order theories etc. There is so much evil and hatred around at this time.
Everything is changing Charles , and not for the better most of the time. There is nothing we can do about that , but, you must appeal against the decision about your benefit. If you don't feel fit to work you need money to live. Don't let the system beat you further down. Never mind what the world is doing concentrate on yourself. Be kind to yourself, you have to do it as no one else will. Tomorrow morning you must make an appointment at Citizen Advice Bureau . Phone them and explain your circumstances and they should advise you. Write things down so you don't forget and then make an appointment with your GP. Tell him/her your thoughts. Meanwhile take it easy on yourself, Sunday is a difficult day for depression for some strange reason. Be good to yourself Charles....good luck , let us know how you get on xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Thank you for that Ellabella.
I did appeal against the original decision and this time got 9 points which is still not enough.
The strange thing is that 4 years ago the same thing happened but at my appeal they said My benefit would be re-instated and that I wouldn't have to go to any more assessment examinations. Since then my fibromyalgia has got worse and I had a heart attack needing a quintuple by-pass.
you can put in another claim for esa, but know sure how long since your last one was put in before putting another one in. go on a site called benefitsandwork its quite helpful.
