What is the best way to educate my family about anxiety?

First you need to have an understanding of yourself of what your anxieties are and how they affect you. Then I would just have a basic chat where you explain about your anxieties. I would have leaflets from your doctor they can read, maybe see if your doctor is willing to speak to them with you present and of course direct them to this website. Hope this helps. Take care. Anxiety comes under the Depression umbrella so I recommend a book called 'I had a Black Dog'. You can get it for a couple of quid on Amazon, it's easy to read in a few minutes as its mainly cartoon drawings.
