is it normal to feel so tired and achey when suffering anxiety? and sweaty hands are another thing iv found im suffering with.
yes my flower it is. Your body is reacting to excess andrenaline which affects the body. try deep slow breathing concentrating on each breath. Anxiety can cause a lot of physical symptoms . it is different for each of us . I get a twitch eye and joint pain and indigestion when really anxious ..take care x
Hi, I get all those things, yeah. Although it's the last thing you feel like doing when your body feels full of flu, I've found exercise helps. At first you feel worse (because you're so tired) but after about half an hour you perk up and feel much more energised and less achey than before. No need to go to the gym or do anything strenuous. Just a brisk walk does it for me!
hi kev. yes they`re all common feelings of anxiety unfortunately, try reassuring yourself that its just anxiety & try some deep breathing to help you relax. not always easy i know.xx
im always tired with it as well. is that normal? feel all tense on my neck and a lump in throat.
