Has anyone tried 5-HTP the herbal remedy instead of meds?

Never tried it but it sounds interesting. I'm on citalopram for dealing with anxiety but it doesn't seem to do much

Did not work for me. Had CBT which did not work either. Now away to start therapy with a specialised team . Am on Venlafaxine and quetiapine but sometimes feel exhausted.. ... Can hardly move one leg after the other!!!!

fudge, im going to be going for cbt had it before many years ago, didint help then!! but seems thats all nhs offer you. what specialised team are you talking about have they a name and is it nhs? where abouts do you live im in manchester
