Hi never heard of that one I am on Diazapam when needed .Im trying not to take meds if I can (which is hard).Reading on this site a lot of people have recommended rescue remedy spray and Omega fish oils 1000mg,so Im trying them also.Read through the blogs and questions on here they have been a great help to me

Hey sorry you're not well at the moment. I am on Quetiapine and like Sharonlou I am taking it when needed. I have been going down on my doseage for about 8 months now but when I have a blip I go back up.

I would love to be medicine free but in the same reasoning it's important to not unneccesarily suffer when there is medicine that will work. I recommend you visit your doctor if the pills aren't doing the right thing. Everyone's chemistry is different and some stuff that works for some people doesn't for others. I knew someone on Lorazopam for who'm it was a life saver, I had one dose and couldn't walk or talk. I tried Quetiapine XL which is slow release and couldn't keep my eyes open so I now have regular Quetiapine 25mg. I have been on 50 and 12.5..I also have friends who have been on 300mg. It's what works for the individual.

Don't be afraid to say it's not working properly. Good luck xxx
