Time off work with anxiety...

Hi,

I have suffered with anxiety since having vertigo a few years ago but the past few months have become that severe that i had to have 3 weeks off work. I returned 2 weeks ago and unfortunately my balance and anxiety is all over the place again and i may need more time off which i can't really afford. Does anybody know of any help financially that may support me at this hard time?
