Anxiety over Covid Vaccine.

Anxiety over getting Covid shot. I need to get the shot for Nursing School. I am starting August 31st and they have sent an email stating it is mandatory to get it now.

I am mentally trying to prepare myself to get it this Sunday. I probably will get the J&J because I don’t have time to get 2 doses.

Any encouragement will help! So scared.

I know you are still afraid Angil but everything in life doesn't come easy.What would you say to a patient who you were about to give this vaccine to.?

Practice the positive approach. It will be important in your job.

My adult son suffers extreme anxiety and didn't want the vaccine.

He finally took my advice & just got his 2nd vax yesterday. Now he says a weight has been lifted & he's willing to get a booster if necessary 😀
