Sleepy and anxiety

Can someone please tell me why sometimes you go into an anxiety attack when you're sleepy?

I think Thier is something bothering you before you sleep that might be fear related me in the past year have lost mom and at the same time I needed surgery but I wanted to do things I couldn’t at the time a lot of unsettled things will cause panic I had a bad dream that started a panic attack and I couldn’t sleep because of it

Yes it is something borthering me but it just know started with the horrible panic attacks. Thank u for responding 💕

Ok I’m here Vicky remember everything you go through is a get through it might have something to do with you boundaries or relationship or who your living with your job people keep talking to me to get it out it could be the need for intimacy

It’s nice to talk to you Vicky my name is Nick from Rochester ny I have struggled from anxiety from nightmares to some fear of new beginnings and just being unstable of lack of job losses I am a Christian and have battled that old man but in Christ we’re changing over to the new creation we are in Christ Hope in Eternal life to come from him I know I am independent minded and I walk alone sometimes not wanting to bother other people but we need eachther to build from ok I hope I keep helping you ❤️🥰
