Triage

Hello everyone. I contacted "Talking change" as I don't want anyone around me to know how I feel. They gave me a triage for today. It's like a 45 minutes assessment on my mental health. I am really nervous as I don't know what to expect. I afraid I might start crying if I start to explain how I feel. Have you went through such a thing? How does it look like? Thank you to anyone who can answer.

Try not be nervous they are there to help and they will if they can

Remember anything you tell them they will have heard before and more and also they will have heard people break down in tears and there is nothing wrong if you do start crying so do not let that bother you

I think the best thing is just be totally honest with them , don't hold back because they need your honesty to get you the best support for your needs

They will just be asking what has been going of how you feel and so on , you will be fine , see this as a step to getting your life and anxiety under control a positive thing x

Thank you so much for your reply. They actually didn't even call me as promised. I was waiting since 9 am and nothing. This makes me feel like i am beyond help a bit. I will try later again.
