I’ve notice from my Apple Watch that my heart rate rises out of nowhere from just walking around the house my heart rate would be at 140 that has cause my anxiety to go crazy! I’ve had panic attacks in the past couple days idk what’s wrong with me someone please give me some advice!

When did you get that Apple Watch??

Of course, we're not doctors but just from my following your posts since day one 4 years ago, I would tend to say it's your health anxiety kicking in. As long as you are looking at that

watch with every step you take, the heart rate will react. Your focus on the heart rate puts

your anxiety into high drive which then boosts your h/r a little higher.

Step back for a moment and think about it realistically. What do you think? :) xx

I’ve had this Apple Watch for about a year now! And you are absolutely right the more I focus on it the more anxiety I’m giving myself! Thank you for always being here!

You know what Caron, I use to be like that with my blood pressure. How many times

a day can one take their pressure and not expect it to rise in anticipation? Unless there

is a reason to document our vitals, we really don't need to be hooked up to a machine.
