Vitamin D is crucial to the overall health of the body, as it helps to keep muscles, bones and teeth healthy. The tiredness may cause you to develop aching muscles, as well as headaches or dizziness. You could be at risk of the condition if you start to develop unexplained tiredness often confused by sleep issues related to mental health.

Vitamin D deficiencies are caused by a lack of sun exposure so if you have been staying indoors a lot, this could be true. The only way to measure your levels is with a blood test. Vitamin D is important because it increases gut absorption of lots vitamins and minerals.

You should consider speaking to a doctor if you're feeling tired all of the time. Supplements may be advised but only take under medical supervision. Eating more oily fish, liver and egg yolks can help too,

Sorry to hear of the anxiety and stress that you are feeling. Nutrition can help you a little bit. The best way to support your health is to make one healthier choice at a time. Here are some tips for eating to promote a healthier immune system eatright.org/health/wellnes....

Hope that helps.

The majority of people are vitamin D deficient, even if they get a lot of sun! I walked all last summer daily in high temps and still had a deficiency. I am taking prescription vitamin D now. Talk to your doctor if you are low and ask for a prescription to help with that. It's a vital vitamin, more than most know. Some places and insurance's won't pay to test for it because they feel it's not important. That is so far from the truth!

SO sorry you are feeling anxious about COVID! Recently, I heard a pastor give these guidelines which have been helping me:)

1.Media distance.

2.Do not engage with worry. Take action. Say, “Don’t take the bait.”

3.Focus on present odds.

4.Do not react to your own physical symptoms.

5.Focus on being productive and new ways of enjoying life.

6.Engage in stress reduction activities.

7.Do not go beyond the CDC guidelines. No compulsive hand washing.

8.Preserve some sense of normalcy.

Hope they help you! Praying for you today!!!
