Omg this is me! I have a pinched nerve in my neck and back that is recurring and I always convince myself it’s my heart! (No rhyme or reason at all) it’s amazing what an anxious mind can do!
I am so scared I’m freaking out even tho my back hurt frequently it’s just on the right side under my rib
