Now I feel like I can’t breathe. Im trying not to freak out... I feel like I need to run to the restroom and my chest is uncomfortable and it feels like I’m forcing myself to breathe or I’ll stop. When I rub my chest it feels achey and sore. I hate being able to feel my heart beat. What the heck is going on with me tonight?

Something you may not even realize is bothering you.
Don't forget our subconscious mind plays back our worries
night and day. You must be picking up on those thoughts.
Once you can figure out the cause of the panic, you can start
accepting the anxiety symptoms as not harmful.
I will tell you that many new mothers can become very anxious
in knowing that they have a full time commitment ahead of them.
There are no vacations or sick time off for the mom. Talking to a
therapist about these concerns can help get you unstuck and not
keep sliding back. xx
