I posted before about waking up sad every morning most of it is down to worries about money its just like everyday will I be able to pay that have I got enough to pay this I do work part time but it is a struggle and dec just makes my anxiety of the scale what I would do for one week of no worries

Money is definitely a big worry for a lot of people depending on where you live make sure your getting what you are entitled to and access additional support if you need it its easier said than done but try not to put too much pressure on yourself x
