Genuine advise please: Had a bit of a funny turn last night BP readings at 22:35 188-119-133 Took around 300mg aspirin. 0:51 116 - 66-64. Slept OK, 9:40am 149-88-81 The bottom 2 figures DIA Pulse have been pretty consistent within "normals" BP went to 149, dropping to at 10:43 138-73-65. I feel a little breathless but appear to be urinating a bit more than usual. If I sit semi crouched breathings OK. Not had this problem previously -so on no medication. I can walk OK without breathlessness.

If you are on this board and you are checking your BP consistently then I am to assume that worry & fear are a part of your life. I understand. Although I do not suffer from anxiety surrounding medical issues I do know what anxiety feels like and used to suffer every single second of the day.

My advice to you is to try to focus on why you worry. Find that answer. Did u worry as a kid? Did u learn this behavior? Did it become worse over a period of time? Why or why not?

It's helpful to understand the past in order to move past this
