Anxiety creeping back , I find it hard with the physical symptoms on a daily basis, what can I do

Go to the doctors and tell them so it doesn’t spiral out of control!!! Also if you are still at a point where you can find comfort go to your comfort zone!

Hi emmerdale12, the first thing is to not fear the daily symptoms from anxiety.

A good book or video to watch on YouTube is by Dr. Claire Weekes "Hope & Help

for Your Nerves". This explains the mind/body connection and how we can rid

or at least reduce our symptoms by accepting anxiety. Accepting that it is not

harmful but rather a thought put there by your subconscious mind.

When we are fearful, our adrenaline rises causing even more symptoms to appear.

Before long, we are in a continuous cycle of fear. We have to break that cycle

so that we can become free of anxiety. Don't allow it to own you and take control

of your life. You deserve to live your life fully w/o fear emotionally and physically. :) xx

I would start a journal in your phone or notebook (if you still do paper). Of every time your anxious what are you doing before and what is one thing you do to help and whether or not it worked. If that doesn’t work see a doctor!!!
