Irritable sensation

😔 Ive been feeling off for the last 2 years now.. Irritable, sad, Depressed, Low mood, A feeling that I don’t even feel human anymore. I feel like I can’t seem to sit still without needing to feel like I need to run away.. or crawl out of my own skin sensation! It’s an extremely horrible feeling that seems to be constant and really I’m finding it incredibly hard to live day to day life like this! I littrely feel no relief threw out the day. The only relief I seem to get is when I sleep. Has anyone ever experienced this?

I experience it all the time! I suffer from extreme anxiety and depression and I feel like this all the time. I thought I was the only one. I thought I was just crazy...
