Dizzy spells

I’ve been having dizzy spells for a couple of days. Once they come my heart race and it last for only a second or two. Please someone tell me they’re having some similar issues

Hi Bella Ray, please don’t worry too much as dizzy spells and heart palpitations are very common with anxiety. Every time I have a bout of anxiety which lasts for weeks I get those symptoms. I know that once the anxiety passes so will all the side effects. I have been on anti depressants for 25 years and my G.P gives me Valium for emergencies and they are a life saver.

It’s a horrible illness but it will pass so try not to worry too much. Take care x
