how to get rid of the feeling fear going back to work..

hi there .is there someone feeling fearful going back to work..i've been diagnosed with anxiety and depression over 2 ago and i have not have a real job since then. i used to work as bus driver and very hard working but since i have this symptoms it is like its hard do anything and if i do something its just like i am forcing myself into it and its so tiring. I tried to apply as a bus driver again but just the thought of it makes me nervous.in know other people saying that i am just lazy because i look fine at the outside but deep inside i feel awfull..
