Happens to me sometimes when laying on my back doing yoga where you press head down to push up torso. My head starts throbbing and pulse is felt in my head. I'm not sure if it is dangerous so it worries me too. Wouldnt hurt to check with doctor. I wonder if it is related to blood pressure.
I don’t have any blood pressure issues
Yes- especially when I’m anxious. I have learned not to worry about it, and it will pass
