Is there any anxiety medication which does not raise blood pressure? I have always suffered from anxiety but never did anything about it. I have high blood pressure readings and I believe this comes from my anxiety. I have read that SSRIs used for anxiety like sertraline may cause high blood pressure which would completely defeat the purpose of taking it. What are the alternatives?
