Had my ecg

So I had an ecg and they said looked good but I was tachycardiac , so even though my heart looks fine I’m still in panic and worried as I keep getting a skipped beat sensation any one can help !!!!!

You’re good. Anxiety can do all kinds of weird things. Tachy is fine. Exercise helps me a lot with my anxiety. Breathe 4 seconds in, hold for 4, then 4 seconds out.

Being tachycardic can be a direct result of anxiety- and the more you worry about it the longer your heart will keep pounding fast. By the good news is that if they have cleared you of other cardiac issues it’s not at all dangerous. Just can be unpleasant and make you feel physically tired. Focus of the healthy things in your body to take your mind off it for a while.
