I thought that maybe I could give some advice for those people who google symptoms and let our brain tell us that we have some serious health condition. Instead of googling our symptoms, just research anxiety. I have a bad habit of googling every single symptom I have and anxiety can mimic a lot of different things. Instead of googling, just look up ways to calm down anxiety or look up what anxiety can do to you physically. If that makes sense. I’m not feeling too well and I wanted to google my symptoms (even though I know that it’s just my anxiety) so I decided to look up physical symptoms of anxiety and ways to calm it down. I don’t know if any of that makes sense, but I know a lot of people struggle with health anxiety as well and it’s very hard to understand that anxiety can manifest physical symptoms that make us feel helpless and mimic other things. Anyways, I hope that everyone is having a wonderful day and just to reassure some people:

It’s normal to have chest pains. It’s normal to feel short of breath, dizziness, nausea, headaches, muscle spasms, dry mouth, emotional, cold chills, hot flashes, it’s all normal. I sometimes forget that these things can be normal for anxiety. I struggle very hard with understanding my symptoms and realizing that I’m ok. It’s perfectly normal ❤️ If anyone ever needs to talk, please message me!
