lump on my back

i’ve got a painless lump on my back like right next to the shoulder bone on the left side it’s painless and bout little smaller than a golf ball in size it’s quite moveable and it’s not very hard but it’s not squishy or anything i only noticed it about two days ago is it something serious should i be concerned or could be something quite easy to fix i am suffering with a viral throat infection atm too could it be linked to that im 19 years old too so i’m hoping it’s nothing serious

Lewis, Any thing I say would be a guess. I don't have the knowledge to diagnose and even if I did how could anyone do that on site ? If you are concerned see your Doctor . We all get lumps and bumps from time to time. It's probably nothing. Pam
