So I’m going away tomorrow on a business trip, but also for a little vacation. I’ve always been kinda nervous about planes (the norm) but ever since I’ve developed an anxiety disorder...it’s been hectic.

The night of the trip and I’m literally just not even interested. I want to go and have fun and enjoy myself, but then again, anxiety is trying to get the best of me.

I’m trying to ignore it and maybe my symptoms wouldn’t decide to come along. Maybe I’ll be just fine. I just want to think positive for this whole trip.

It’s been really rough lately and I think this may be a good way to just get away from my stress.

Wish me luck guys, I’ll surely need it.

I have or had a fear of flying until this year. I said to myself self I’m tired of letting this anxiety decide what I can and can’t do. So I got on the plane and said screw it. With help from Xanax but even without Xanax I still will do it , I done with anxiety rule me. Hold you head high and just do it it’s the safest way to travel. Best wishes and have a great vacation

I've googled "what are those noises from the plane while I'm flying" to find out what happens in flight and what are those noises we hear from the plane etc and I've watched live take offs/landings streams on YouTube to realise that there are thousands of planes flying and nothing happens. You do get much more secure in yourself when you know what happens. It worked for me. Try it.
