New here. Looking to find out why I get the shakes every morning as regular as clockwork. A very miserable and scary feeling. Surely must be something causing it. Am on a lot of meds for 8 chronic conditions. Do not dwell on these conditions, no use. Any help would be appreciated. Anyone ever feel this way. Tough to breathe, shaky, almost a headache but not quite. I know I need to get rid of something I'm taking or take something to relieve this feeling. Can anyone help?

NEED HELP HERE
It's hard to say as more info is needed.
What medications for which conditions.
The feelings you are describing can be attributed to, probably hundreds of things.
Also, diet, activity levels, etc.
Have you spoken to your Dr about this?
Hi Dogdoo
Well you asked and here goes. Albuterol for COPD, Ativan for anxiety, metoprolol, insulin for diabetes, special diet for kidney disease and diabetes, Lisinopril for high bp, hydrocodone for chronic neck pain, eliquis for blood thinner, Spiriva for COPD, also Advair. baby aspirin daily, Lasix, Levothroxine for thyroid, Amlodipine, Lipitor and gabapentin for neurothopy. Sure doesn't make my day taking all this stuff. Any help will be checked out. Thanks for your reply.

I get this, in fact just written a post as to I am every morning, have a look at some of my old posts on my profile.
I wake shaking most mornings, it's not easy but the best thing is to get out of bed, don't lay there and suffer it.
I think for me I fear the day ahead with my muscle tension aches and pains.
Get up and make a hot drink, put the radio on... this will go away. xx
