Anxiety is killing me. I have so many symptoms it's hard to cope help me plz. I'm sick of been weak tired. Also why do I feel as though I'm falling. And sinking. Headaches are a pain my eyes feel funny

Have you tried chiropractic help? Also, identify what makes you anxious and try dealing with it with help of your doctor or a therapist. Letting go what you think people's judgements of you are will take a lot of pressures off of you trying to please them.
