a feeling I can’t shake

so I came off my meds back in May and went back on them a couple of weeks ago, now I have this horrible impending doom feeling that I’m going to die young and there’s nothing I can do about it, (it doesn’t help I have major death anxiety) has anyone been through anything similar, please tell me I’m not crazy

When i was a young kid I was scared that I might die. Years passed on Im still alive. All those years of being scared was for nothing. I could of enjoyed my childhood rather than being stuck in the house. Its true one day we will all die but we need to enjoy life until that time comes. Dont spend the rest of your time living in fear.
