Aches

Does anyone else feels super achy all the time, My shoulders collar bone and back are always sore and achy. I'm not sure if it's from being so tense all the time or what!

Hi Mickey, oh yes tight muscles from anxiety certainly play into the body aches.

Your livelihood certainly contributes to your tight muscles as well. xx

Very true! I started getting massages about 4 months ago I try to get there every month but I don't get there often enough do I think they tighten right Back up and almost make it worse!!

Exactly Mickey...our muscles are like a rubber band with anxiety.

No matter how much we relax or stretch them, they go right back

into that tight tense feeling. We can't fool our body. It knows we

are fearful and acts accordingly.

Medication is not going to do it either because that is temporary relief.

I use relaxation techniques, meditation, deep breathing as well as

soothing hot wraps around the neck and shoulders. I've also found

help with physical therapy in breaking up the trigger points that cause

the pain. Again, it is not a cure. From physical therapy, I had occupational

therapy (which may help you) they teach you remedies that you can do yourself

at home to release those tight trigger points. Might be worth looking into.

I wish I could say there was a magic cure. xx

What meds are you on? I've just cold turkeyed from mirtazapine. I do not recommend that. But well known side affects of Ads are soreness and stiffness of muscles. Half the reason I stopped. Plus to 2 stone weight gain!!

I don't take any medication. Just CBD oil..
