Amytat, sorry that you are experience daily fear. You are not alone. I know that feeling seems so real. I have been there myself. Have you found out what triggers/causes the fear to happen? a place, person/people or thing/events? once you have figured this out. its half the battle. the other half is knowing how to manage it when it tries to peak out. Its very important that you speak positive thoughts to yourself. such as I am a good person. I am valuable. You can get thru this. and many other phrases. also, surround yourself with positive people who are supportive, with your best at heart. and find support groups that have people and do things that you like to do. Have you talked to a therapist? they can guide you thru important steps to follow just to meet your needs. Sending you support. let us know how things are going.
